In our projects we engage all the “traditional” technologies for primary wastewater treatment such as desanders, API separators, clari-flocculation, sedimentation and air flotation.
When wastewater is to be reused after biological oxidation our specific tertiary treatment systems meet strict environmental parameters with the final trimming of BOD, COD and suspended solids.
We offer in-house process system design + in-house detailed engineering and fabrication of the main equipment.
Unidro has the process know-how for sizing and realizing biological treatment for chemical plants, oil refineries and power stations. Even high salinity produced water has been treated by our engineers who have extensive experience dealing with the most challenging conditions of temperature, organic load and critical contamination. In our oxidation reactors we apply air and pure oxygen diffusers, membrane technologies (MBR) and trickling media.
We provide specific contaminant removal to meet very strict parameters such as fluoride removal from the microchip industry’s waste down to the ppm’s level, phenols removal from chemical waste, H2S oxidation reduction down to the ppb’s level and BTEx removal from refining processes or from produced water.
We also have experience with spent caustic streams treatment with controlled dosage in high salinity biological steps or with thermal evaporators (ZLD).
