The Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) is an oil company headquartered in Ahmadi, Kuwait. It is a subsidiary of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.
Unidro, one of the approved suppliers of KOC for water treatment packages, has now successfully completed the pre-qualification procedure for other important categories:
OILY WATER TREATMENT, SEPARATION PACKAGES, WATER INJECTION PACKAGES.

The large PO received by Unidro for the supply of complete WT and WWT systems for a new ethylene plant in Louisiana is now completed. A total of 26 skids, 30 pressure vessels and a large amount of pre-fabricated piping (30,000+ welding inches) have been shipped from Italy to US 14 months after PO receipt, as a result of an extraordinary effort paid by the Unidro project team. Upon arrival of the goods to the site, erection will immediately start to match the tight commissioning and start-up schedule.

Unidro signs a contract for the design, fabrication, supply and start-up of a large clarification unit for the Garraf Oil Field in southern Iraq. The Project, named Garraf 2, includes the expansion of the existing facilities at the Garraf Oil Field. The EPC Contactor is CPP/CPE (China) and the Operator is Petronas (Malaysia).
Delivery of materials is planned for Q2, 2017.
Unidro was very active on the Iraqi market during the UN embargo (working under the international MoU conditions). This contract marks the return of Unidro on this important O&G market after some years.

The Spanish contractor Técnicas Reunidas has awarded Unidro a PO for the design and supply of several process filters on different services. The supply includes gas filters, liquid hydrocarbon filters, amine filters and coalescers. All equipment will be manufactured in-house by Unidro; in view of the critical service, some of the vessels will have ASME U2 stamp, while some others will be of high thickness carbon steel, with a 3 mm stainless steel cladding.
